Dr Prashant is humble and polite, he would patiently listen to all my questions related to my daughter. Dr is friendly and always ready to make us understand our doubts.

Everytime I visit him It's his posstivity that always makes me feel better. My daughter has always been underweight, Dr has always tried to make me understand that it's only through proper care baby's over all development can be achieved. He would never scare, ***** ***** ********* *********** ********** Would always stress on home cooked meals for the baby.

We are really fortunate to have him as my child's pediatrician from day one.

It was our first visit to him. He explained every question in such detail about immunisations and also about child growth. He was very friendly and had an awesome attitude. He explains why something has to be done or should not be done instead of just commanding to follow something. As parents we want to make sure we are doing the right thing for our child and he made it easy for us. I came across this doctor after experiencing few others and I think I’ll stick to this doctor and will not look for more options as these kinds of doctors are what every parents look for. There has be be a touch of humanity and compassion in this profession and he fulfils it very well.

Always welcome for questions ,doubts we have if any regarding baby s health. He is a good person , very friendly by nature. Few visits were actually satisfactory. but my last visit was then when my baby was suffering from loose motion. I visited doctor 2 times *** *** *** *** ****** ********** ** *** ****** ****** ** **** **** ********* ** ******* *** ******* **** *** ** **** * **** * **** *** ********* ** ***** ****** **** ******* * ** **** ******** ****** *** **** **** * ***** on top of that cloudnine hospital takes follow up charges as well even if you visit on the 2nd day after your doctor consultation. within a week I visited thrice and 1st time I paid the full doctor fees, 2nd time the consultation fees which is half of the doctor fees, 3rd time again full doctor fees. unfortunately one night I had to take my baby to the hospital ** ** **** ******* *** ** ****** ***** the assistant doctor was present . *** *********** **** *** **** *** ***** **** *** ******** ******** **** ************ **** **** ****** immediately I had to take my baby to another hospital. ******* ****** **** **** ** *** *** **** *** **** *********** **** ** **** *** ***** ***** ** *** ****** *******

I delivered baby boy on 5th of March 2019 at cloud nine Kalyan Nagar branch. The first visit for my baby was scheduled on 12th of March with Dr Prashanth Kumar, while my review after my normal delivery was on 14th of March. During the first visit, my baby was underwent check for jaundice and a blood test was done to check for the jaundice range. After two hours, we got the result which proved my baby doesn’t have jaundice. And the doctor suggested that his next visit is on 20th of March and that I just visit him when I visit my gynaecologist which is on 14th of March. On the day of my visit, after my check up, I tried too hard to meet Dr Prashanth who in fact had asked me to visit him. After waiting for an hour, he came out of his cabin and I stopped him and reminded him that he had asked me to visit him. All that he said to me was get the baby checked for jaundice and pay the consultation fees. Mind you, the baby’s next visit is scheduled on 20th of March. What does this mean? ******* ***** *** ** ********* I walked out of the hospital and visited him again on 20th where he confirmed baby doesn’t have jaundice and I addressed my concerns of my baby throwing up milk along with phlegm and then mucous making him difficult to breath. Every single time that I visited him which over three times- all three times he said the baby is fine. ** *** ** ****** ** ** * ********* *** ** ******

A very friendly doctor. He listens to the health issue patiently, explains the condition of the patient, ********* ********* *** treats accordingly. He does not rush on patients which makes him special than others. I would highly recommend Dr Prashanth.

Dr. Prashanth is very friendly and communicates clearly . He is always Available on phone for any questions regarding the Baby which is very much needed since with new born , mothers can get really stressed out even for small things . Doctor really answers all questions patiently, even if it is a silly question. Highly recommend this doctor to everyone .

Dr Prashanth is really nice , he explains everything related to immunization with lot of patience . And he checks the baby with lot of care .We have been consulting him from sometime and are really happy with him.He clarifies all my doubts with a smile.And appreciates it's a grt job by mom when babies weight increases.We definitely will recommend him to our friends.

We had a bad experience related to appointment handling by receptionist. We were before time for the appointment and was told there is one patient before us.But two were called before us , on asking the reason receptionist told she missed that we are waiting . Looks like somebody known to her was called before us ,which was not professional.Our time is also precious.Waiting additional time with our twins was a big deal for us.

We had visited this doctor several times and we are very happy to continue with him. He is very patient in listening to all our inputs and very engaging with the baby while assessing the ailment. He asks questions to further understand the problem. He is always genuinely interested in the baby's health. He explains things clearly and suggests medicines only as required. ******* ** ****** ********* *** doesn't encourage unnecessary use of medicine. Never in a hurry. The consultation fee is not quite low but very visit to this doctor definitely has been worthy with respect to my baby's health and development.
